What is CACTUS?

CACTUS is a personal care brand built around one idea: the things you use every day should be worth looking forward to. We make deodorant, fragrance and scrub bars with considered scents, skin-friendly formulas, and a little adventure in their bones.

Where is CACTUS made?

Our fragrance is made in Australia. Our deodorant and scrub bars are developed with carefully selected ingredients and manufacturing partners.

The Deodorant

Is your deodorant an antiperspirant?

No. CACTUS deodorant is aluminium salt free and baking soda free. It works with magnesium and zinc to neutralise odour rather than block sweat. It's designed for all-day comfort without the harsh ingredients.

What are the key ingredients?

Magnesium hydroxide, zinc PCA, zinc ricinoleate, cactus stem extract, squalane, shea butter and triethyl citrate. No aluminium salts. No baking soda.

Will it stain my clothes?

CACTUS deodorant is formulated for a smooth, non-sticky application. Allow it to dry briefly after applying before dressing to minimise any transfer.

How long does one stick last?

With regular daily use, approximately 6–8 weeks depending on application amount.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Made without baking soda or aluminium. Contains fragrance; patch test first if your skin is sensitive, and stop use if irritation occurs. Review the full ingredient list before use.

How long does the scent last?

Our fragrances are designed to be scent-forward and long-wearing. Longevity varies depending on skin type, activity and environment.

What are the six deodorant scents?

Cedar Botanical, Eucalyptus Marine, Lavender Nocturne, Sandalwood & Chamomile, Dark Vanilla and Wild Pear. Each one is its own strange little universe. Find yours at Find Your Scent.

Deodorants are A$35 each. Mix any scents: 2 A$70, 3 A$100, 4 A$130, 5 A$160, 6 A$190. Dark Vanilla 10 ml Eau de Parfum is A$55. Cedar Botanical Scrub Bar is A$15 as a deodorant-set add-on. The CACTUS Gift is A$140; The Full CACTUS is A$280, both full-price gift boxes.
